Tarik Cyril Amar interprets Marco Rubio's statement as a tacit signal to the Israeli government that Francesca Albanese can now be assassinated with impunity, along with all the other perceived enemies of the State of Israel who have suffered that fate in recent months. As Gaza is engulfed in a catastrophe of fire, the nation states of the west, including the Realm of New Zealand, have fallen victim to a moral catastrophe greater than anything that the world has seen since 1945.

Such dangerous times the world being run by Zionists & imbeciles. Our government are basically complicit in my eyes by not taking firmer action i.e. kicking out the Israeli ambassador putting more sanctions on Israel etc where just a puppet of the USA.

Israel is planning to create what amounts to a latter day Auschwitz type concentration camp in the South of Gaza for the besieged starving Palestinian population whom it has  subjected to a GENOCIDAL SLAUGHTER for the past 21 months. There, Israel will subject them to further deprivation and  inhumane treatment as part of its plan to ETHNICALLY CLEANSE and  appropriate Gaza for itself. Israel's extremist regime has been quite open about its intentions here, so be in no doubt that it aims to GET RID OF THE PALESTINIAN POPULATION BY SLAUGHTERING OR STARVING THEM, OR FORCING THEM TO LEAVE THEIR HOMELAND! 😡

I guess since we have been bought by USA/Israeli interests (Black Rock/Peter Theil & whoever else over the decades) it makes it difficult for any Govt to stand up to the powers that be. I guess it proves that we are just part of the plebs they look down upon? I never want to become a nation like USA/Israel who seem to put $$$$$ before humanity! New Zealand needs to stand up to the bullies. I don't see China as a bully, or Iran. Neither want to bomb their way to power. A bit of socialism within our system is what I do prefer, not the way the USA is going...

Let's not forget Theil bought NZ citizenship during the John Key Government. The horrifically Neoliberal CoC government that includes Peters as a part time deputy PM and full time grifter is absurdly offering to protect the Philippines with our tiny army, supposedly from the somewhat larger Chinese one. Ridiculous, all smoke and mirrors.

A sanction coming from a genocider, renders that sanction irrelevant, meaningless, and absurd. The Genocider has no credibility with regard to anything but barbarism.

“The US effort to intimidate the ICC and Albanese should be seen as part of a wider effort to undermine international norms and post-war consensus bodies…” could possibly be simplified to “The US effort to intimidate the ICC and Albanese should be seen as part of a wider US war…”

Let’s be clear: the United Nations as a whole, including all its bureaux, agencies, and employees, was created simply as a tool to help implement the policies of the US government.

As shameless as Winston has been his whole career, this particular iteration as Foreign Minister of Imperial American Arse-Licking really is so unprecedented that it beggars belief.

It’s shocking and embarrassing how gutless and craven our political leadership is in the face of this holocaust and their lack if action. Why that vile genocidal state still has a diplomatic presence here beggars belief. Pray I hope Aotearoa doesn’t further amplify its shame by following Australia’s subservience to cynical and disgusting weaponisation of antisemitism for the sake of defending little Satan. https://open.substack.com/pub/caitlinjohnstone/p/australia-unveils-plan-to-fight-antisemitism?r=j6bln&utm_medium=ios

Francesca Albanese has more morality in her little finger than any of the so called leaders in the west.

Aotearoa leadership wouldn’t know what morality looks like.

Luxon et al are too busy selling our country to the highest bidder and their ATLAS masters.

We need 50 million women to come together and stand up for LIFE. For the EARTH. For the CHILDREN.

I’m wondering if a going on a sex strike would help or make it worse? Would they retaliate with more violence? Or would they stop?

What if women everywhere withdrew our emotional labor, our beauty, our attention, our intimacy — until this death spiral stops?

The world needs a powerful global united matriarchy - mothers, sisters, daughters, friends - now to put their foot down and collectively say

“NO MORE, we refuse to raise children in a world run by death cults”

We are not asking anymore. We are saying NO. And this time, we mean it.

To be quite frank I think covering the UN at all at this point is useless. The issue is in Palestine and not Geneva no matter western pretenses. The intifada has to be made global.
